Max is ten, is bullied, and writes in his dream journal about Sharkboy, raised by sharks, and Lavagirl, who is made of lava. His parents are fighting. During a tornado at school, Sharkboy and Lavagirl arrive in a shark-shaped boat and tell him Planet Drool is dying and only he can fix it. Sharkboy and Lavagirl has a 3.7 on IMDb and is watched more now than it was in 2005, because the people who were seven then are adults who will not let it go.

What Happens On Planet Drool

The planet is Max’s dreams: the Land of Milk and Cookies, the Train of Thought, a Stream of Consciousness, a Dream Graveyard where Tobor, a robot head voiced by George Lopez, lives. Mr Electric, also George Lopez, is the villain, and the Minus, a boy in a cape, is Max’s bully from school. Sharkboy sings Max to sleep in a song he wrote himself. Lavagirl does not know what she is. Max has to dream a better dream to save them, and the ending is back in the classroom.

Why It Became A Meme And A Comfort Film

Rodriguez made it from a story his son Racer, then seven, came up with. It was shot in 3D with green screen and looks like it. Taylor Lautner was thirteen, three years before Twilight. The Dream Dream Dream song is the thing people remember. We Can Be Heroes in 2020 brought both characters back, played by Lautner’s replacement and Dooley.
